In 2020, MMS carried out a comprehensive inspection of FPSO Armada TGT1 crude oil offloading floating hose according to OCIFM / GMPHOM standards, including:
- Disconnect the whole floating hose string from the FPSO;
- Towing each section of hose string onto the vessel, separate each section and arrange them on the deck;
- Conduct visual inspection, hydrostatic test, vacuum test, conductivity/insulation test of each hose;
- Replace sections that do not meet requirements according to the standard;
- Connect all sections (27 sections) into a string;
- Connect the hose string to the FPSO;
- Perform hydrostatic test to check for leaks the entire hose string;
